1. Promoter:

Ultima Displays 49-50 Causeway Road, Earlstrees Industrial Estate, Corby Northants NN17 4DU, is the promoter of this prize draw (the "Promoter").

2. Eligibility

o The 25% Fastframe™ discount is available exclusively to new Trade Partners of Ultima Displays.
o Employees of Ultima Displays, its affiliates, and their immediate families are not eligible to participate in this promotion.

3. Promotional Period

o The offer is valid from 24th March 2025 to 30th June 2025.

4.How to Claim the 25% Discount on Fastframe™

o New customers must complete the form available at: https://www.ultimadisplays.com/fastframe-230125-uk.html
o Only one discount per business is permitted.

5. Discount Details

o The discount applies to orders including both hardware and graphics of Fastframe™ products.
o The discount is 25% off the total order value, based on Ultima Displays’ published Band A prices.
o Graphic designs must be provided by the Trade Partner.
o The discount is non-transferable and has no cash alternative.

6. Delivery of Goods

o Products will be delivered to the address provided once correct graphics and approval are supplied.
o Delivery is only available within the UK.

7. Data Protection

o Personal data submitted for this promotion will be processed by the Promoter and/or appointed data processors for the purpose of conducting, administering, and marketing the promotion.

o The Promoter reserves the right to amend or cancel this promotion at any time without prior notice.
