We have a range of different substrates that can be applied to our hardware and what you chose can depend on different factors for instance the size and type of product and what it will be used for. To make the correct choice please refer to our price list or DTP guide. Your sales representative will also be able to advise you.

The majority of our rigid substrates are wipe clean, and our fabric graphics are machine washable at a maximum temperature of 30°C with a mild detergent or soap. Stain treatment: Dry stain: remove the bulk of the stain dry with a light, soft-fibre brush. Other stains: treat the stain before washing with mild detergent or soap, it is important to test beforehand. We would like to kindly remind you that we accept no liability for any cleaning that is contrary to our recommendations.

Ultima Displays is a designer and manufacturer of exhibition stands and we have an integral production workshop on site in which to build standard and customised modular solutions, pre-assembled or in kit form. Stands are built and tested by our dedicated and experienced quality control team who check each order before despatch for your peace of mind.

Except in exceptional cases, we recommend that you perforate graphics yourself so that you can freely choose the location of your accessories once the stand is assembled.

For a standard product quote request you will receive a reply within 24 hours. Requests for custom-made products or stands generally take 48/72 hours depending on the complexity of your project.

We offer our customers a variety of marketing tools which are available on our website on the individual product page. Our brochures can be downloaded from the homepage, and we can also provide you with all the editable files and images so you can to create your own brochures.

All our images are available in low resolution on our website. Videos are available on our YouTube channel. Copyright applies to the use of Ultima Displays' reference photos and videos. They may not be used without the permission of the marketing department.

We provide you with all the content of our tools to allow you to customise your own media and emails. However, if you have custom requirements and you need our help, we are happy to look at any project. Please be aware that any costs associated with custom projects are subject to additional charges.

Our fabric medias are legally certified and approved. Please contact us if you require the relevant documentation of this.

Our hardware systems come with a 1 year, 5 year or lifetime guarantee depending on their features.  The majority of our hardware is guaranteed for 5 or 10 years, except for our Basic or illuminated products which are guaranteed for 1 year.

Some spare parts can be ordered for a selection of products. Please contact our sales department to inquire.
